So a trip to London a few years ago ended up in an impromptu few days in Paris π€£, one of us refused to fly home in Storm β Henry so we rescheduled and got the Euro Tunnel π to Paris and a last minute hotel booked.
What an amazing, iconic city! π«π· We tried snails π, visited the Eiffel Tower, climbed all steps of the Sacre Coeur and saw amazing views over the city.
The Louvre Museum was a total joy although we only had time to cover 1/3 as it is huge! Soaking up all the art and culture whilst pretending I was in the Da Vinci Code. π€
The city is super classy and so many people have amazing dogs π lots of shopping π on the Champs Elysee.
On our final evening we visited a boutique restaurant @bistrovolnay which had top reviews on Trip Advisor. This was a cosy, family run venue with a romantic π feel. The food was of a michelin star quality. Fine dining at its best!
Paris is somewhere we canβt wait to return too! If you go you MUST book this restaurant. They have limited tables so be sure to reserve!
