Miss Diner 🕵️‍♀️

Mystery Diners spent a Sunday in the Glorious part of Glasgow that is Dennistoun.. But we went our separate ways 😮 (for once 😂) on the search for hidden little cafes, my friend & I stumbled across Roastie Toastie. This is a vegetarian/vegan cafe which is family run 🥰 they serve all the usual cafe favs such as soup, toasties etc..

There was a great atmosphere in here & a couple of cute lil' dogs 🐕

We had -

Two Mochas
Mushroom & Cheese Toastie
Chips & Curry Sauce with Cheese
Macaroni Toastie

That crispy sourdough though 😍 buttery goodness on the outside & the gooey cheese with the mushrooms on the inside was delish 🤤 As the bread is quite thick, I would have liked a bit more of the filling in there 👌 Those chips were something else.. Proper handcut chips 😍 can't beat them! The curry sauce was full of flavour & with the cheese on top.. HEAVEN SENT FROM THE GODS 🤤👌

My friend loved the Macaroni Toastie too! Can you tell we love the cheese 🧀😂 would say a lil' salad or garnish would work well to jazz it up 🙌

The staff were lovely & I got a wee chat with the owner too 😁 cute & cosey vibes.. Oh
& it's so cheap too 😁 Would definitely return for a warming soup & toastie now that it's that time of year 🍁🍂 @roastietoastiecafe
